Drama at University of California, Davis. She is author or editor of

Criticism (ed. 1962), Back to
Beckett (1973), Casebook on Waiting for
Godot (ed. 1987), Just Play: Beckett’s
Theater (1980), and most recently A Beckett
Canon (2002).
