Noah Miller Ludlow was born in New York city and died in St. Louis. He began his
theatrical career in the melodrama of the Two Thieves
with the Alexander Drake Company, the first acting troupe to tour the western
states. He published one book, a volume of memoirs entitled Dramatic Life As I Found It (1880).
