University Press [c. 1958] Author unknown. Includes An Aldus prologue-book, ts. with ms.
revisions, and Aldus as an editor, ts. with ms. revisions, which appear to be earlier drafts
of the final draft. In all the drafts the reviewer discusses what Manuzio was attempting to do
in the thesaurus, the great effort Manuzio expended in compiling it, and the physical
appearance of the facsimile. In the final version the reviewer also mentions a smaller
edition.
