We Command you that of the goods and Chattles Lands and
of PierrePierre Croussatte CroussattePierre Croussatte in your District to be found you
cause to be made the sum of Three Dollars and Eighty EightCents which

of Common pleas for said District before the Judges thereof for his
Cost and charges by him about a certain suit in our said Court
expended whereof the said PierrePierre is convicted
as appear to US Record and have that money before the
Judges of our said Court at our Court to be holden at the town
of Saint LouisSt Louis in and for the District aforesaid on the third
Tuesday in September next then there in our said Court to satisfy
unto the said Gregorie his cort & Charges aforesaid
