Louis, was, lately, attached to william ClarkeClarke of a plea of
on the case, and thereupon, the send WilliamWilliam by his attorney complains that whereas
the said Louis, on the day of at the district, of S LouisS Louis and with
in the of this court, to the said william at the sum, of five, hundred dollars for money by him he said Louis, before that, to, the, use, the said before that to the
