Administrator of all and singular the goods Chattels rights and credits of
Meriwether Levis deceased, if he may be found within you bailiwick
that he and appear before the judges of our Court of common pleas
to be holden at the town of Saint-Louis in and for the district of Saint-Louis
on the first Monday of November next-then there to answer unto CharlesCharles Sanguinette
SanguinetteCharles Sanguinette of a plea that he under to him the sum of Ohe hundred and
twenty five dollars which the said LewisLewis to him in his life time justly owed
and from him unjustly detains to the damage of the said CharlesCharles Sangui
