We command you to take Alexander WillardAlexander Willard
If he may he found in your bailiwick and him
safely keep so that you have his before the Judges
of our court of common pleas to be holden at the
town of St LouisSt Louis within and for the District of St LouisSt Louis
on the first monday of July next then there to Answer
unto Frederick Kalor in a plea of Debt one hundred
and ten dollars. To the Damage of the said FrederickFrederick
the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars and
have you then there this writ.
