Be it remembered, that on the Nineteenth day of August, One thousand, eight hundred and SixteenJamesJames Fernon ,
FernonJames Fernon , John ConnollyJohn Connolly , and Samuel B SmithSamuel B Smith , have respectively,
contributed in eight sums towards, a voyage, up the Misissippi,
River, for the purpose, of trading for, the furs, : - that, it is
expressly, and agreed, upon by
parties, of these presents that at the expiration or termination,
of the, said expidition, and after, a tab, of the proceeds, of
such trade, the proceeds, thereof as well, as of the profits,
and all are to be fairly, and equally divided between, the
aforesaid James FernonJames Fernon , John ConnollyJohn Connolly , and Samuel B SmithSamuel B Smith ,
