nor, is the said partnership dissolved, that the said Fernon &,
Connolly have, the goods, effects, furs in their,
power, or possession of have disposed, of the same that,
he is advised, by his Counsel, that an action, of
cannot be maintained against the said Fernon & Connolly,
while the said partnership, is dissolved, or that
he is informed & believes, that information to be true,
that the said Fernon & Connolly, intend shortly to leave, this
territory without, an and that
injustice will be don to, him unless a writ of Exeat,
is issued, against them,, and they be compelled to give,
security to abide by the law of this honorable court, in the promises,.
