deposition of PrattePratte taken on the thirtieth day of June one thousand eight hundred and nineteen, in conformity
to a notice served on said Joseph RobidouxJoseph Robideaux on the of the
mouth, and notice dated the 26th day of the same.

PrattePratte being duly sworn deposith and sayth
that some place below the riverplatte, he was present when Mr.
Joseph RobidouxJoseph Robideaux said that he was satisfied of Mr LeclercLeclerc
and Laugerin Citoleux and that he would pay to each of them
the sum of one hundred dollars, for their sevices rendered
him in the trade with the and furthermore, deponent sayth not.
