Before me A. GambleArchibald Gamble Esquireclerk of
the Circuit Count for the county of St. LouisSt Louis
on this sixth day of July in the year on 1818
personally came and appeared FrancoisFrancois Leclerc LeclercFrancois Leclerc
, and made oath that there is a
real debt due and owing from
Joseph RobideauJoseph Robideaux to him ammounting to the
sum of two hundred & seventy two dollars for the recovery
of which he now brings suit; and that
he believes the saidJoseph RobideauJoseph Robideaux
ought to be held to bail in the sum
of three hundred & fifty dollars to secure the said
debt, [ interest ] and costs.
