personally came and appeared FrancoisFrancois Leclerc LeclercFrancois Leclerc
, and made oath that there is a
real debt due and owing from
Joseph RobideauJoseph Robideaux to him ammounting to the
sum of two hundred & seventy two dollars for the recovery
of which he now brings suit; and that
he believes the saidJoseph RobideauJoseph Robideaux
ought to be held to bail in the sum
of three hundred & fifty dollars to secure the said
debt, [ interest ] and costs.
