not be disposed of to the knowledge of the
said deponent for any valuable consideration
and that the notes of the said Company have
not been considered by the said deponant as
worth any valuable consideration from the
said time of entering into the employ of said
defendant which was on or about the fifteenth day of june in the year eighteen hundred and eighteen until the present time and that
the said deponant was not so well acquainted
with the value of said notes before the said
fifteenth day of june and further the deponent
saith not
