that it was not at the time when the said debt was
contracted to with on the first day of august in
the year of our lord one thousand eight hundred and
twenty at the county aforesaid or at any other term and
place agreed by and between the said petitioners and
the said Missouri FurMissouri Fur Company Companythat the said mortgages debt
should be satisfied and discharged out of the first
returns of pettries and furs of the said MissouriMissouri Fur Company
FurMissouri Fur Company company of said returns should be sufficient
nor did the said Missouri Fur CompanyMissouri Fur Company afterwards
to with on the first day of July on the year one
thousand eight hundred and twenty one at St. LouisSt Louis
deliver into the hands of said Petitions, furs & pettries
of the value of fifty thousand dollars in discharge
& satisfaction of said mortgage debt in the petition mentioned
