Whereas information has this day been given
to me upon the oath of JoshuaJoshua and ThomasThomas
of S. LouisS Louis that on the ninth of July 1820 a quantity
of Beaver & Racoonsskins & by some person or persons un
known taken stolen and carried away from the dwell

ing hosue of the in the county aforesaid, and that
the aforesaid, Thos & Joshua have probable
cuase to suspect and as suspect that the said goods or
part thereof are concealed in dwelling house or store the property
of and now occupied by John OliverJohn Oliver
at St LouisSt Louis on said county- These are therefore to
authorise and require you with and proper
to enter in the any time into the House of the said
John OliverJohn Oliver at St LouisSt Louis aforesaid on the County aforesaid
and there diligently to search for the said goods and of the
same or any part thereof shall be found upon such
that you bring the goods &c found and also the body of
the said John OliverJohn Oliver before me or some other person of
the for said County to be disposed of and
