and the body of the defendant in custody on
examination the prisoner was required to give bail
in $ 200- but before he permitted the necessary bail
a warrant issued on the oath Thomas HempsteadThomas Hempstead
which caused further examination when JoshuaJoshua Pilcher
PilcherJoshua Pilcher Thomas HempsteadThomas Hempstead , Micheal
C Curtis R Campbell, Hanly and Wm
Walsh was sworn and examined after which the
prisoner was required to give bail in $ 1,500
but not being able to give bail was committed to
Jail August 2d 1820
