being duly sworn on his oath states that he verily
belives he cannot obtain an impartial
trail by a jury of the town of St LouisSt Louis
because he belives so much projucdice has
been excited and now exists against him
in said cause that he cannot have
a fair trail by a jury of said town
he therefore prays a jury from
the County for his trail
