Be it Remembered that to the twenty third
stuir of the act of the General assembly of the State of MissouriMissouri Entitled

An act regulating the proceedings of the Supreme court of theJ Joseph
& Garmer clerk of the SuperiorSuperior Court court of the Territory of MissouriMissouri for the
Circuit, have made out a complete Law of the minutes and proceedings
had in a certain cause pending in the Said court But [ wear ] Louis Bissonnette
& other Plaintiffs and JohnJohn B BJohn B LucasLucas defendent in and of
in the words and figures following towit
