defendants, heretofore to writ, on the first day of January in the year of our Lord
eighteen hundred and twenty five, with force and arms at

the peace of this
state, MissouriMissouri the said Ma-
linda says she is
injured and has sustained
damage to the amount
of five hundred dollars
