The plaintiffs counsel then asked the Court to in-
struct the Jury as follows. (here set out instructions
asked for by plffs, counsel) Which instructions and
each of them the Court refused to give and then
proceeded did to instruct, the Jury as follows (here set out
the instructions marked A at the top) to which last in-
structions & giving the same the plaintiffs Counsel
excepted: & likewise excepted to the Courts refusal
to give the instructions before set forth herein asked
by him, and the Court being prayed to sign and
seal this the plaintiffs bill of exceptions the
same is done accordingly.
