The above named MillyMilly plaintiff in
said suit being sworn on her oath saith, that the
application for an appeal in said cause made by
her is not made for the purpose of vexation or delay
but because the affiant verily believes she is aggriev-
ed by the Judgment in said case; in which case she
has prayed an appeal: and further saith not.
