WillWill take notice that a dedimus has issued
in the above cause to any Judge or Justice
of the Peace of the State of KentuckyKentucky to take
the depositions of Witnesses in the above cause
on the part of the defendants and that
by virtue thereof on the second Monday in
September next, and so on from day to
day until the same shall be finished I
shall proceed between the hours of Eight
O'Clock A.M. and six O'Clock P. M.
of that day at the house of RobertRobert Bran-
ham in the town of Shelbyville in the
state of KentuckyKentucky to take the depositions
of Witnesses to be read on the trial of
said Cause on the part of the Defend
ant.
