Take notice I shall commence, on the first day of October next to take [ dippositions ] of Witnesses

and five O clock in the afternoon

and shall continue to take the same from

suit, now depending in the St. LouisCircuit Court
Circuit CourtCircuit Court wherein you are plain-
tiff and I am defendant, at which time
