John Shipman, of Lawful age
being produced sworn, and examined
on the part, of the Defendant deposith,
and saith. That he has lived a near
neighbour to DavidDavid , Shipman, who was the
Master, of a colored, slave named MillyMilly
that he is the Brother, of said DavidDavid Shipman, knows him and all his
slaves, for the last, six years- MillyMilly is
woman above 27 or 28 years of age
yellow complexion, of ordinary, stature,
neat, & cleanly, in her dress, & appear
ance. She had there children,
are above seven years old yellow
