Be it remembered that on this day the third of May in the year of over Lord
one thousand eight hundred and eight, before the subscriber, one of the
justices of the peace for the township of S LouisS Louis personally appeared HyacintheHyacinthe Fortin
FortinHyacinthe Fortin wife of JnBteLorinsLorins and having been seperately and apart
examined from her said husband declared that the within instrument of
writing was her free and voluntary deed & act, hand and seal for the
purposes therein contained and that the signed sealed and delivered the
same without any coercion or compulsion of her said husband. In testimony
whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year last
