This deed witnesseth that I John
Rivierre alias Bacanne for & in consideration
of the sum of Ten Dollars
to me in hand paid by WilliamWilliam C.CarrCarr
do hereby sell & convey to him all my right
& interest to the following land to writ one
arpent by forty situate near the town of
St LouisSt Louis originally granted to John Bte Baquet
as will appear from livre No 2 page
19. & sold to my father AntoineAntoine Bacanne
deceased. Also to one other lot of one by for by
arpens situate as aforesaid, originally granted
to my father AntoineAntoine Revierre alias Bacanne
as will appear from livre No. One folio

claim & interest of & to the aforesaid
two tracts of land unto him the said
WilliamWilliam C CarrCarr his heirs & assigns forever
and I do hereby warrant & defend the
same with all priveleges &
thereunto belonging or in any wise apper-
taining unto him said WilliamWilliam C CarrCarr his
heirs & assigns forever against me & my
heirs or assigns or any person claming
under me.
