Be it remembered that on this
twenty seventh day of July eighteen hundred and forty
four before me the undersigned a Justice of the peace
within and for the County aforesaid came PaulusGuitarre
Agnes Guitarre & PierrePierre Deteriere who are all by me
personally known tobe the same persons whose names
are subscribed tothe foregoing Instruments of writing
as parties thereto and they severally acknowledge
the same tobe their act and deed for the purposes
therein mentioned Taken and certified on the day
and year aforesaid
