Be it remembered that on this twenty
third day of June eighteen hundred and forty five before
the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit CourtCircuit Court in & for the
County aforesaid came Francois RiviereFrancois Riviere who is known
to me to be the Real person whose name is subscribed
to the foregoing Instrument of writing as a party thereto
and he acknowledged the same to be his act and deed
hand and seal for the purposes therein expressed
