Be it remembered that on this
11th day of August A.D. 1845 before the undersigned
clerk of the county court in & for the County aforesaid
came Louis Vasseur and CeceliaVasseur his wife
who are proven to me by the testimony of John S. Taylor
and CharlesCharles Vasseur two credible witnesses examine
before me an oath to be the same persons whose name
are subscribed to the foregoing instrument of writing
as parties thereto and they generally acknowledged the same to be their act and Deed for the purposes
therein mentioned and she the said Cecelia Vasseur
being by me first made acquainted with the contents
of said conveyance acknowledged on an examiniation
separate and a part from her husband that she
executed the same freely voluntarily and without compulsion
or undue influence of her said husband.

testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and
affixed the seal of said Court at office in St LouisSt Louis
the date last aforesaid
