Be it Remembered that on this
Twelfth day of November A. D. Eighteen hundred
and forty five before me the undersigned, Clerk of
the County court in and for the county aforesaid came
BenjaminBenjamin Ames who is personally known to me to be
the same person whose name is subscribed to the fore-
going instrument of writing as a witness who being by
me duly sworn on his oath says that CharlesCharles Dodier

whose name is subscribed to said deed as a party thereto is the
same person who executed the same; that he signed the same
by making his mark in his witnesses presence and acknowledged
the same to be his act and deed for the purposes therein men-
tioned whereupon he witness at request of said CharlesCharles Do-
dier subscribed his name thereto as witness to the execution
thereof
