This Indenture made and entered into this day of Decem-
ber, one thousand eight hundred and forty five, between
Vasseur of the first part, and Philip E. Morehead
of the Second part, Witnesseth: that for and in consideration
of the sum of fifteen dollars, in hand paid the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, the party of the first
part hath granted, bargained and sold, and by these
presents, doth grant, bargain, sell, alien and convey to
the party of the second part, his heirs & c all the undi-
vided rights, titles, claims and interests in law or equity of

on the other in the St LouisSt Louis common Field known by
United StatesUnited States Survey no 1243 and situated immediately
South of CarrCarr Street in Said City, also forty arpents in
the Grand PrairieGrand Prairie granted as aforesaid bounded on one
side corneau on the other also Sixty arpents in the GrandGrand Prairie
PrairieGrand Prairie granted as aforesaid Corneau on one side Laclede
on the other and known by united states survey no 1270
and also forty arpents in the St LouisSt Louis Common Field granted
as aforesaid to John BJohn B . BequetteBequette and by him sold
to the aforesaid RiviereRiviere as is Shown in the Spanish
record no 234 Roredeau on one side and Bequeth or Lan-
gione on the other which is also Shown in LivreTerrien
No 2 p 19 Together with all the right, title and interest
which may hereafter discend and accure to the said
party of the First part therein. To have and to hold
the Said mentioned rights, titles, claims and interest
in and to said described tract or parcel of land to
him the said party of the Second part, his heirs &
forever.
