This Indenture made and entered into this fifteenth
day of December one thousand eight hundred and
forty five by and between Pelagie Setour, one of the heirs
at Law of Antoine RiviereAntoine Riviere alias Bacanne Sr decd party
of the first part and PhilipPhilip C Morehead party of the
second part Witnesset: that for and in Consideration
of the sum of twenty five Dollars to the party of the first part
in hand paid by the party of the second part the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged the party of the first
part hath granted bargained and sold and by thesepresents
doth grant bargain sell alien and convey unto the said
party of the second part his heirs all the undivided

by the said BequetteBequette to the said RiviereRiviere as shown in
the Spanish Archives No, 234, and which is now
known by United StatesUnited Statessurvey no 1433. also forty arpents
in the GrandGrand Prairie PrairieGrand Prairie granted to the said RiviereRiviere
calling for Bondo on one side and Corneau on
the other as shown proven in Records, also sixty arpents
granted to the said RiviereRiviere laying in the GrandGrand Prairie
PrairieGrand Prairiecalling for Corneau on one side & Laelede on
the other and now known by United StatesUnited Statessurvey
