Be it remembered that on this
fifth day of January eighteen
hundred and forty six, before me AlfonsoWitmore
a Justice of the peace within and for the County aforesaid
DanielDaniel AntonieAntonie Smith SmithAntonie Smith who is personally known to me to
be the same person whose name is subscribed to the
foregoing instrumentof writing as a witness who being
by me duly sworn on his oath says that Pelagie Setour
whose name is subscribed signed to said Deed as
party thereto is the same person who executed the
same and that the signed sealed and delivered
the same (by way of making her mark) and acknowledged
the same as her free and voluntary act and Deed
for the purposes therein mentioned, in his Witness's presence
and at her request he, Witness, subscribed his name
thereto as a witness to the execution there of. Taken and
certified the day & year aforesaid
