Spanish records, No 234 Rondeau's on one side Sangevein alias BequetteBequette
on the other and is now known by United StatesUnited States survey No 1433.
To have
and to hold said undivided rights, titles, claims and
interested as one
of the heirs aforesaid in and to said described tract
of land to him
