The last named defendent will take notice
that on the 13th day of this month between the
hours of 9 O clock in the forenoon & 5 O clock in the
afternoon of that day at the of file of J.V.
in this city we shall /proceed to take the depositions
of witnesses to be read in the trial of the above
cause in behalf of the Plaintiff
