On motion of the attorney for the said plaintiff it is Ruled
that a dedimus issue to any Judge or Justice of the peace of the
State ofIllinois IllinoisIllinois to take the deposition of witnesses to be read in
Evidence on the trial of the above cause on the part of the said
plaintiff
