Take notice that I shall attend at the house
of Abel Beriekol in the Country of Bedford
and State of VirginiaState of Virginia on the twenty third and
twenty fourth, twenty sixth and thirtieth days
of June next between the hours of six Oclock
in the forenoon and six Oclock in the afternoon
of the said days respectively then and there to
take the deppositions of witnesses to be read in
evidence on the Trial of the above cause when
and where you many attend.
