And the said IsaacIsaac by MagenisMagenis
his attorney comes and defends the wrong and injury
when and says that there is not any record of
the said supposed recovery in the said declaration
mentioned remainingin the said Circuit CourtCircuit Court
of Mason County in manner and form as the said
plaintiff hath above in his said declaration
alleged and this the said IsaacIsaac is ready to
verify wherefore he prays Judgment if the
said plaintiff ought further to have or maintain
his action aforesaid there of against him
