We command you to summon Isaac WhiteIsaac White that he be and appear before
the Judge of our Circuit court at the next term thereof to be held at the
city of St LouisSt Louis within and for the County of St LouisCounty of St Louis on the fourth monday
of March instant then and there to answer unto William H. PepperWilliam H Pepper
of a plea that he render unto him the said plaintiff the sum of one
hundred twenty five Dollars with interest thereon at the rate of Six per
centum per annum from the 4th day of January 1818 until paid to the
damage of the said William H. PepperWilliam H Pepper of Eighty five dollars and have
you then there this writ
