I SamuelSamuel MortonMorton an acting Justice of the
peace in and for the county and state aforesaid
do hereby certify that NathanNathan Hibbs the deponent was
by me sworn to testify the whole truth of his knowledge
touching the matter in controversy in the cause aforesaid
that deponent was examined and his examination
reduced to writing and subscribed by said deponent
in my presence on the 15th day of November in the year eighteen hundred and thirty one between the hours
of eight in the forenoon and ix in the afternoon at
