& so in the winter following I had some
conversation with the Defendant in
which he made some statement about
his hands working at GalenaGalena of IllinoisIllinois
but I can not state any thing in particular
more than that RalphRalph was
among them but how they got there
I can not say with certainty but think
that he said one of his brothers
had taken them to GalenaGalena

the Defendant whether RalphRalph
was taken to GalenaGalena with or without

answer there was nothing said about
consent. I was in a kind of friendly
conversation about his & my own success
generally & I saw nothing that indicated
his as he spoke of it as a matter
in the course of his affairs & my inference
was that he had sent RalphRalph and one
other the name of which I do not recollect
