Take notice, that in pursuance of a writ of
dedimus issued by the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the County ofCounty of St Louis
St. LouisCounty of St Louis, we shall attend at the dwelling house of John Laffoon
in HopkinsHopkins County CountyHopkins County in the State ofKentucky KentuckyKentucky on the twenty sixth, twenty seventh and twenty Eight days of July next, between the
hours of six in the forenoon and six in the afternoon of the
said days respectively, then and there to take deposition of
witnesses to be read in Evidence on the trial of the above Cause
