At the end of all the Depositions should be a certificate
in the following form

I A.B a Justice of the peace within & for the County of HopkinsCounty of Hopkins & State of KentuckyKentucky do hereby certify that the above
named Deponents /N.O.P. / whereby
me severally sworn to testify the whole
truth of their knowledge touching
the matter in controversy aforesaid
that they were examined & their examination reduced
to writing & by these respectively subscribed in my / presence
on the day between the hours & at the place on that behalf
first aforesaid
