Know all men by these prsents that We Ann DarisAnn Daris
as principal & John Radford as security are held and firmly
bound unto James FJames F Symington SymingtonJames F Symington in the sum of five hundred
dollars lawful money to the payment of which well and
truly to be made we bind ourselves our heirs executors
administrators and assigns, firmly by these presents-
sealed with our seals and dated at St LouisSt Louis
this, 8th day of March 1839.

The condition of the above obligation is
such that whereas the said Ann DarisAnn Daris has this day
sued out a writ of Injunction against the said JamesJames F Symington
FJames F Symington SymingtonJames F Symington returnable
to the next July Term of the Circuit Court of the
County of St LouisCounty of St Louis- Now if the said Ann DarisAnn Daris will
abide the decission of said Court on a final hearing hereof
and pay all sums of money damages and costs that shall
be against her if the said injunction shall be
dissolved, then this oblegation to be void- else to
in full force.
