1 That if the jury believe from the evidence that the plaintiff

out any intention on the part of such owner to make
the State ofIllinois IllinoisIllinois the residence of said
JuliaJulia that the plaintiff is not entitled by such remov-
al into that State to recover in this action

2 That the taking of the plaintiff into the State ofIllinois IllinoisIllinois
by her owner
for the purpose of curing her of
sickness and with the intention of returning herinto MissouriMissouri when she should be recovered of such
illness does not entitle her to recover in this action

3 That the plaintiff is not entitled in this case according to the
evidence to recover her freedom under the 2nd section of the 6th
article of the constitution of the State ofIllinois IllinoisIllinois
