The defendant excepts to the depositions of
and AnnaAnna Beckerdike filed by plaintiff
for the following

1 There was no notice of the time & place such depo-
sition given the defendant

2 There was no legal and sufficent notice of
the time and place of taking said depositions
given the defendant

3 That the said witnesses were not duly sworn

4 That the deposition are not taken according
to notice

5 That the depositions are not duly certified by
the justice of the peace

6th that the depositions are not sufficiently au
-thenticated

7 That there no sufficient evidence of the
official character of the justice of the peace
before the whom depositions were taken
