of Sylvanus ParmelySylvanus Parmely decd is plaintiff and Isaac W WhiteIsaac W White - is defendant and the said Isaac W WhiteIsaac W White
being duly sworn on his oath saith that the application for an appeal in said cause is not
made for the purpose of vexation or delay but because this affiant verily believes that he is
