We command you as we have heretofore commanded you to attach
William ClarkWilliam Clark by all and singular his lands and tenements, goods,
chattels, moneys, credits or effects in whose hands or possession soever
any such lands and tenements goods chattels monies credits or effects
may be found in your county or so much thereof as shall be sufficient
to secure the sum of two hundred and ninety two dollars with interest
and costs of suit that the said William ClarkWilliam Clark be and appear before the
Judge of our Circuit CourtCircuit Court at the next term thereof to be held at the CityCity of St Louis
of St LouisCity of St Louis within and for the County of Saint LouisCounty of Saint Louis on the fourth Monday
of November next then and there to answer unto Isaac StewartIsaac Stewart and
Willis StewartStewart of a plea of trespass on the case to the damage of the
said plaintiffs of Five Hundred dollars and we further command you
to summon all and every person in whose hands or possession soever
any such lands or tenements, goods, chattels moneys credits or effects
may be found and particularly John NewmanJohn Newman and John Shade
that they be and appear before the Judge of our said Circuit CourtCircuit Court on
the first day of the Term aforesaid to answer what may be objected
