One the undersigned AntoineAntoine Valliant and
acknowledge ourselves indebted to Bernard PratteBernard Pratte John Laubador
PeterPeter Junior and Bartholomew Berthore
in a sum of one hundred dollars, to be levied our goods
and chattels, lands and tenants where
Nevertheless that whereas the said AntoineAntoine
Valiant hath appealed from the judgment of
Justice of the peace in a certain wherein
the said BernardBernard Pratte PratteBernard Pratte & they are Plaintiffs and the
said AntoineAntoine Valliant is garnishee. Now if the said
AntoineAntoine Valliant the appellant shall his said appeal
that by the condemnation money of all costs or
otherwise abide the Judgment of the Circuit in said
appeal, then this Recognizance to be void other wise
