And the said plaintiff,as to the plea of the said defendant
by him first above pleaded and whereof he has put him
self upon the county does the like

And as to the plea of said defendant by him Secondly
above pleaded, the said plaintiff says that by any thing
in that plea alleged he ought not to be barred or
precluded because he says that that he was not & is
not indebted to the said defendant & others his partners
in manner & form as the said defendant has
above in said second plea alleged and this he
prays may he of by the country
wherefore he prays judgment &
