St Louis County to wit AnsonAnson , a boy of color an
infant who sues by permission, of the court
by his next friend WilliamWilliam Clark ClarkWilliam Clark complains,
of HenryHenry G and HenryHenry , C.
of a plea of trespass,: For that the said
G and C Repel on the 22 day of May in the year 1832 with force
and arms made an assault upon the said
AnsonAnson to wit at the County of St LouisCounty of St Louis afore
said and then and there beat bruised, and ill
treated the said AnsonAnson and then and there
imprisoned the said AnsonAnson and kept, and
detained the said AnsonAnson in prison with
out any probable or reasonable, cause whatsoever for a
long space, of time to wit for the space of 25
hours then next following contrary, to law
